Dr. Laila Mohsin Adeel
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

PhD Special Education (Gold Medalist)
Former Assistant Professor, Faculty of Education, University of Management and Technology, Lahore, Pakistan.

Dr. Laila Mohsin Adeel brings over 24 years of experience in special and inclusive education as a practitioner, researcher, and academic leader. Her doctoral research focused on inclusive education for learners with hearing impairments in mainstream primary schools.

Leadership — Vision that Inspires Change

Dr. Laila Mohsin Adeel has represented Pakistan at international conferences across Turkey, Nepal, Malaysia, and Europe, presenting research on special education, disability rights, and inclusive pedagogy. Dr. Laila has authored multiple publications in national and international journals and supervised several BS and MPhil theses.

As a consultant and trainer, she contributes to both government and non-government initiatives in inclusive education, curriculum design, capacity building, and community mobilization.

Dr. Laila envisions an inclusive world — and works to make it real.
